Our Kids classes don't work towards pushing kids towards a career in Film but rather presents Film as a new fun skill!

We center all of our classes on one of the key components of creativity with a camera - the art of play. So be ready to come to class and play!

Early bird: $350.00 | Standard $420.00

Age 7-9 Group:
Young filmmakers will explore photography tools, cameras, and creative techniques through hands-on projects that develop their technical skills and artistic creativity.

Age 10-13 Group:
Students will learn photography and filmmaking fundamentals, including composition, lighting, and camera techniques, while exploring storytelling, editing, and observational shooting to create compelling projects.

THE FACILITY: A REAL FILM STUDIO

Step into Moonlight Studio, where your child will learn film making in the very space where hit videos are born! They’ll get hands-on with real film equipment and lighting, experiencing the fun energy of creating in a professional studio setting.

Our entire studio is professionally maintained and meticulously adjusted to ensure a safe, risk-free environment for all classes. Rest assured, every aspect of our studio meets the highest safety standards, and all our equipment is fully insured.

Who are the staff running the program?

Our program is led by passionate and experienced educators who are both school faculty and professional creatives. They are committed to providing a safe, fun, and engaging learning environment. Our team includes certified teachers, early childhood educators, and trained support staff, all of whom have completed background checks and first aid training.

Is your camp Nut-free?

Yes, we provide nut-free snacks. If your child has allergies, please note it during registration. Make sure your child brings any emergency medication needed. If teachers need special instructions, please write a notice to Hello@MoonlightStudioLab.com and let the teacher know on the first day of the program.

Is my child ready for mLS Labs?

Parents are amazed by the creativity and independence their pre-teens develop through our film program. Our classes are led by passionate and supportive instructors who foster collaboration and teamwork in every project. With a hands-on and engaging curriculum, we create a safe and inspiring environment where students learn the fundamentals of filmmaking, from storytelling to editing, while working together to bring their creative visions to life.

Is there a sibling discount?

Yes we offer discounts when registering siblings.

Cancellations, missed sessions and refunds?

Withdrawing at least one week before camp: receive a full refund.
Withdrawing less than a week before camp: no refunds will be given.
Notice of cancellation must be in writing (email Hello@MoonlightStudioLab.com).

Due to the busy nature of our camp schedule, there will be no make-up classes for missed sessions during camp. We also do not offer refunds for missed sessions.
